This session is for the midlife woman who knows she’s outgrown the old version of herself — but feels stuck in routine, people-pleasing, or self-doubt. We’ll get clear on what’s really been holding you back, break up with outdated rules and imposter syndrome, and reconnect you to your real voice. You’ll leave with your Sizzle Map: your next 3 steps, what to stop doing immediately, and the confidence to show up as the woman you are now — at home, at work, and in every room you walk into.
Cancellation Policy
Hey Sizz! Thank you for booking a Sizzle Session. Please read this policy carefully — it protects your time and mine and helps us get the best results. 1) Booking + Payment Your session is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. If you choose Pay-in-4 through Afterpay or Klarna, the same policy applies. 2) Rescheduling You may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please use the reschedule link in your confirmation email (fastest way). Additional reschedule requests (beyond the one courtesy reschedule) may require a $25 rescheduling fee (optional — only include if you want this). 3) Cancellations + Refunds No refunds. Your booking reserves dedicated time and preparation. If you can’t make it, use your one courtesy reschedule. True emergencies are handled at my discretion. 4) Late Arrival + No-Show Policy If you are late, we will still end at the scheduled end time (to respect the next client). If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. No-shows forfeit the session (no refund, no reschedule). 5) Session Prep You’ll receive a short pre-session clarity form. Please complete it at least 12 hours before your session so I can prepare. If it isn’t completed, your session may be rescheduled using your one courtesy reschedule. 6) Tech / Zoom Sessions are held via Zoom (or the virtual link provided). If tech issues happen on my end, we’ll reschedule at no cost. If tech issues happen on your end and we can’t connect after 10 minutes, it may be treated as a late/no-show (use discretion here). 7) Scope + Confidentiality Coaching is confidential and designed for clarity, growth, and next steps.
