But I also watched them spend their entire lives being everything for everyone else, and somewhere along the way, many of them disappeared. Midlife is often the moment a woman finally admits a truth she’s been too busy to face, the life she built doesn’t fully fit the woman she has become.
That’s why I believe women must redefine midlife.
